No we don't - If you have mouldy tape, we refer you to a specialist such as DVD Conversions Limited
How does the conversion process work?
It’s simple! Drop off your VHS tapes or DVDs to us in Hobsonville, and we’ll convert them into high-quality digital files. Once ready, we’ll email you a secure link to download your videos.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time depends on the number of tapes or DVDs, but most orders are completed within a couple of days. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you drop them off.
Will my original tapes and DVDs be returned?
Yes! Once the conversion is complete, we’ll return your original tapes and DVDs along with your digital files.
What formats do you accept?
We currently convert VHS tapes and DVDs. If you have another format, let us know, and we’ll see if we can help!
How will I receive my videos?
We’ll send you a secure link where you can download your files. If you prefer, we can also provide them on a USB drive (extra cost may apply).

Can you digitise audio cassette tapes?
Yes! as of April 2025 - We can now do this for you. Pricing is the same as it would be with a video.
